Community Groups

Community Groups exist to help us mature as disciples of Jesus Christ.

In community we are reminded of our need of Jesus in the good times and in the rock-bottom times. It's where we get to bear one another's burdens (Galatians 6:2). We want to help you find a place that will allow you to experience growth and form deeper relationships. Our hope is that every person is in a group and experiencing the wonder of biblical community (Acts 2:46-47).

What types of groups are there?

Not all groups look the same; some are formed with others of the same season of life, others are multi-generational. Groups are intended to be like a family, united by the gospel, where we walk life and live out our mission together (Matthew 28:19-20).

When do groups meet?

Groups meet weekly, or bi-weekly and at different times, in the homes of group members, or at Calvary.

What happens at group?

Those attending a group experience fellowship, care, prayer, accountability, sharing stories and studying God's word together. In short, our needs are met in community.

Are my children welcome?

Yes. It comes down to what works best for you and your group. Some groups have their children sitting beside them, playing nearby, or with a babysitter.
